Help with prayer time!

Im so confused with prayer times... i thought it was Asr time right now because my computer program and Islamic Finder.com says so.. but now one of my Muslim friends says no - Asr is not until an Hour and that we follow the Hanafi rule... which confuses me because my Salat reminder on my phone and Islamic Finder gets their time from ISNA North America- which is set to Shaffi rules. Im utterly confused... what do I follow?

Whats the rule in hanafi time !? this my first time hearing something like this.
I dont think it will be a big difference like an hour or two, on Islamic finder you have more than one choice u can choose world league or Isna or other calculations..

an way its better call a Mosque and ask
