u see the bar above written on it home and cp user
click on cp user
and then u'll find profile pic at ur left

I can't find it....I went but there is no place where I can actually upload :S

like for example you know the picture where is written Allah in blue??....yeah its this one that I want to upload my own one....and plus I want to put a signature and I have no idea how to do that :S

Profile picture appears on your profile of the site its disabled here,the one your asking is avatar which shows under your name that can be done through usercp>edit avatar than on the bottom choose use custom avatar and click on browse to select your custom picture.note there are resolution and size limits.
100 by 100 pixels or 87.9 KB

For signature you need to either upload file to image hosting like
tinypic or imageshack or else use site feature of browsing your signature add your image location with [ i m g ] your link { / i m g ](without spaces)
