Hi asking about going out on a date in a young age

Lets say 16 . One of my friends is going out with somebody for valetines.
And few years ago a girl ask me out as in to be her girl :astag: :astag:
But i refused it I didnt tell her why. I didnt tell her because I thought that islam
doesnt permit all this.Is that true?

I would really appreciate anyone who answers. The next time this happens i ll know what to say. Thank you

You did the right thing last time, however, you should have told her the reason. Sometimes people respect you for your Moral values and telling the truth. Maybe later on attract her to this beautiful deen. This is definitely not accepted in Islaam and if everyone else is doing it doesn't make it right. Remember the whole world was doing wrong when Noah (peace be upon him) and just a few was saved. Doing the right thing is sometimes difficult, but the rewards from Allah is magnificient. I'm sure you will get more information Insha Allah so you can educate yourself and others.
