making hijra ( migration ) to a muslim land to live has been on my mind for some time now, but i'm afraid that it would be very hard on my family if i were to leave the united states. another reason as to why i haven't left the country is because i still have one ribaa based bill that i need to finish paying off. i want to leave america debt free. i still have a few more years left on the payments unfortunately. i have come to understand now, how ribaa makes people into slaves and why ribaa is haram. this ribaa has kept or is keeping me from making hijra to a muslim land.

my family isn't muslim but they respect the fact that i am a muslim, they're just scared because the middle east is so volatile. i really have it in my heart to move to yemen or egypt. the KSA is to hard to get citizenship. i ask that you all make du'a for me so that one day inshallah i'll will be able to live in a muslim land.

p.s. which muslim land do you think is a great place to move to?

I am moroccan living in canada for 4 years now. I am going back to my country in february incha allah. going back to morocco is an other immigration for me. Muslims countries are not those you learn about in history books the time of our prophet and his companion. In morocco maybe we are worste than western coutries. because we know the truth and we don t practice it while western are just misgided. We have in morocco Riba bank, we don t have islamic bank. we have clubs and pub and all those evil. people following sunnah ( beard and nikab for women ) are strange in their own families...coruption, bickbiting....all the evil thing exit there...even in our prophet time the evil exist but in morocco the law don t protect people from such evil. Only money talk. but hamdo lillah our prophet informe us about such situation and tells us to be patient. i told you this not scare you but to prepare you to the reality. people are very kind and freindly. However it s a good idea to travel to '' muslims countries'' you will learn a lot of thing in your life. The best thing is to get a job there, ( western ppl ) are well payed than local ppl. Dubai and Katar and saudia arabia offer good oppotunities. check in the internet for job ...here are one website just to give you an idea about field and opotunities. www.jobsindubai.com

all mulims countries open their doors to western ppl for those who want to create company and Investment. So visit a muslim country and think to do something.

morocco and usa have a free trad agreement which is very interesting for you as an americain ...you can learn about it in this link http://www.buyusa.gov/morocco/en/ if the link is removed pm me and i will provide it to you.

So if you chose morocco you are welcome brother. i will be there incha allah. at least now you know someone from a muslim country. ;)

salam o alikom.
