How much Time for Maghrib

Salamun aleikum wa rahmatullah wa barakhatu,

I have a question is my salah valid if i pray it half an Hour before ishaa Beginns?
I have heared that the Time of Maghrib is very Short.
I Know that praying by Time has got more reward, but is my prayer still valid?

Walaykum assalam warahmatullahi wa barakahtuh.

As long as you pray Maghrib before Isha begins, your prayer is valid. But it's better to pray Maghrib as soon as possible instead of waiting til the last minute.
