how to apply in Uni of madinah?

salam alaykum

i was jz wondering how to apply in Uni of Madinah cause their web is in arabic and even their application form...i did click the translae button but their english is too complicated(read it urself if u dont believe me)....does that mean only arabic speaking people are allowed in that Uni?.......

oh and would some1 mind posting the top 10 Islamic Unis in the world....i searched that too but weirdly no1 has ever wrote on that subject on the world wide web!!......

I found this info just on Wikipedia regarding the University of Medinah:

Students who do not know the Arabic language can study it in a two-year Arabic Institute program. If they qualify with an overall 80% average or better, they can then enter one of the university's colleges and focus on Islamic Studies.

So, I believe that you must know Arabic to actually join the University. I did some other research about Islamic universities, and from what I found, pretty much all of them require you to be proficient in Arabic. Maybe there are some that don't but I couldn't find any specifically.
