How would yo communicate it?

Now if you knew one of you're friends is doing something Haram wanted now you want him to stop. How would you communicate that with him?

I have this happen...oh so many times...and still I am no expert in this field. Well first I tried to be example..so if I am invited to by the friend to do something Haram...I say well "no because it is haram" so at least now the person can not say they did not know. second I wait a few days ( like one or two days) see if they are still doing the action. finally, I like it best when I had someone to do it with me but if it does not already involved a third or fourth person. it is best to leave them out of it...I go up to my friend very nervously and I tell them..what you are doing is against Allah and beg you to stop because I want you to be my friend and neighbor in jannah. and leave to give them time to think about it. if they stop alhamduillah but if not...well it's in Allah 's hands. I I have already warned them.
