Here's a wonderful lecture by Sheikh Mohammed Al Shareef. Hope you like it.

Some Gems to take away and implement from this session:
• Dont assume that guidance is on your hands. Stop your sins as soon as you can, not when you feel like it.
• There may come a time, when that window of opportunity for you to do good wont come anymore, and you can no longer do a good deed. e.g. you become too disabled to go to Hajj.
• Dont let your heart seal up, turn towards Allah and constantly ask him for forgiveness
• Guidance isnt in your hands. This is why we say Ihdinas siraatal mustaqeen To ask Allah to guide us to the straight path, and for us to follow this path.
• To get more guidance, Make it your goal to learn what you're saying in Salah to increase your Khushoo (concentration, calmness and tranquility) in salah.
