"a'uthu Billahi mina shaitan alrrajeem"

As Salamu Alekum bro/sis

There's the verse that states:
{So when you want to recite the Qur'ân, seek refuge with Allâh from Shaitân (Satan), the outcast (the cursed one).} (16:98)
But nevertheless, it's a RECOMMENDATION (mustahab) not an OBLIGATION.
