I have planned to do my Masters in Wireless Communications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey.
I applied for a F1 visa and my application has been sent for background verification because my surname is "Mohammed", seems most of the muslims are being given the 221(g) form( Background verification ). I hope to get the Visa stamped in the next 30days InshaAllah...
I wanted to know abt the muslim concentration in Newark.. I found surveys and charts, but i wanted to know it from muslims themselves as the surveys couldnt be possibly trusted, coz i dont think there's any point living in a place which does not have mosques and a good muslim community.
Any kind of advice would be highly appreciated..
