Is it right to Hit anyone, disrespect them or even Bully them. This ideas are just wrong. This is what the Shaytan is telling you. They are saying that it is right. These thing are just mean and foolish. This has no right. There is no right that Shaytan could Judge us. No one is a judge Allah is the best among the people.

You are right, it is not good to hit, hurt anyone, but to show mercy and understanding between each other.

“O Mankind! Partake of what is lawful and good on earth, and follow not Satan’s footsteps: for, verily, he is your open foe and bids you only to do evil, to commit deeds of immorality, and to attribute unto God what you do not know.” (Quran 2:168-169)

212- The Prophet (saw) said: "The best definition of piety is given in God's words:
"God commands justice, the doing of good..." (The Holy Quran: Nahl 16:90)
213- The Prophet (saw) said: "Be pious, since piety is absolute goodness."
214- The Prophet (saw) said: "Whoever likes to be the noblest of the people must be pious."

If someone is bullyed, he should inform the teachers or parents, inchallah, do not fear.
