Is She a non-Maharam ?

My relatives are coming to our native place and the whole family is expecting a nice get together after a long long time on account of my sister's marriage.One of my cousin sister whom I have never met is also accompanying her parents.Should I consider her a Maharam(Any woman with whom a man has a relationship (of blood or fosterage) that precludes marriage, is considered a Mahram to him) or a non-Maharam.
she is my mother's sister's daughter.
If somebody can help me with it?
