Often times we think we are doing Islam a favor by being practicing the deen, being active in the community and dedicating our hours to the service of Allah. However, in reality, Islam doesn't need us, we need it.
Know that the time you sincerely spend practicing Islam, being active in the community, and dedicating hours for is benefiting you directly and you will see its fruit, in'sha'Allah.
