"Assalamu Aleekoom" is the standard greeting. It means "peace be onto you"
you can add to it "wa rahmato Allahi wa barakatoho" which means "and Allah's blessing and mercy"
"jazaka Allahu khairan" means "may Allah reward you with good" (similar to thank you)
"fee amanee Allah" means "leave with Allah's protection"
Those would be a good start
