In a way, there is no wrong intelligence... but rather it is about wrong thoughts that make one incapable to use his intellect to realize the truth (one truth).

The issues are less to do with 'wrong intelligence', so to speak, but more about Israel's ability to conduct its own investigations into allegations of war crimes by its army and its power and authority in refusing to see independent commissions and international courts seriously.
