Kosovo: Independent or part of Serbia ?

Selamu Aleikum,

Peace and blessings to all the real Muslims and their families and also peace to
everybody else.

There was a TV-Report on the German TV a couple of weeks ago and they asked regular people in Kosovo about this.
And the answers were pretty intresting: Some serbs ( construction workers, "regular" workers) wanted Kosovo to stay independent so that the region can boost there economy up. Of course all Kosovo-Albanians were also for Independence. Some German Nato-Soldiers also said it should stay independent.

Nationalistic serbs spoke against it tho.

To those who answer please explain ur answer

Righty for arguements sake perhaps they should join with Albania as most are ethnic Albanians and speak the language. They shouldn't be part of Serbia. They need to be supported by a larger country, eg; Albania as Kosovo itself is tiny.
