"Lebanese Lamb Pizzas"
Ingredients
- ½ cup minced mutton
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 ½ - 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 medium tomato
- 8 - 10 tsp tomato puree
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 3 - 4 sprig mint leaves
- 3 - 4 sprig coriander leaves
- 9 - 10 parsley leaves
- Dry mint a pinch
- Dry herb a pinch
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp finely chopped tomato
- 2 tsp lemon juice
For greasing
- Egg
- Tomato puree
For dip
- 8 tsp yoghurt
- 4 tsp tahini sauce
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- Dried mint a pinch
- Salt a pinch
For dusting
- All purpose flour
METHOD
- Mix minced mutton, garlic, cumin seeds, parsley, tomato, tomato puree, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
- Now, mix yoghurt, tahini sauce, lemon juice, dry mint and salt in another bowl to prepare a dip.
- After this, mix chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, parsley leaves, dry mint, herbs, onion, tomato and lemon juice in another bowl to prepare a mixture.
- Next, mix finely chopped onion in the mint mixture.
- After this, rollout the dough, grease it with whisked egg and tomato puree.
- Next, put the dough in the baking tray, spread the prepared mixture on it and fold it.
- Bake it in oven at 170° Centigrade for 12-15 mins.
- Serve the prepared ajin with prepared dip and mint mixture.
- Your Lahm Bi Ajin is ready.
