This is the first lesson from the explanation of the book Luma’at Al-Itiqad by Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi that is given at Masjid Al-Tawheed of Detroit every Saturday between Maghrib and Isha’a. This lecture is two parts the first part is about an hour, and the second part is just a few minutes long. This lecture was given by Sh. Abu Husam Assalafi, in both Arabic and English. This lesson includes: An introduction about the importance of the knowledge of Aqeedah (faith), the biography of the author (Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi), and some principles regarding the names and attributes of Allah subhaanah.

This is the sixth lesson from the explanation of the book Luma’at Al-Itiqad by Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi that is given at Masjid Al-Tawheed of Detroit every Saturday between Maghrib and Isha’a.

This lesson includes the correct view regarding the protests that are happening in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Syria. There is also a mention of how Ahl Al-Sunnah are in the middle path when it comes to dealing with rulers and rebels.

This is the eighth lesson from the explanation of the book Luma’at Al-Itiqad by Ibn Qudamah Al-Maqdisi that is given at Masjid Al-Tawheed of Detroit every Saturday between Maghrib and Isha’a.

In the beginning of this lesson there is a review of the rules of fasting from the book “Minhaj Al-Salikeen Wa Tawdeeh Al-Fiqh Fi Al-Deen” by Sheikh Abdul-Rahman Bin Naser Al-Sadee.
