Br. Salam;

Foods in your list are really tasty, mouth watering and increases appetite. But let me tell you all carries heavy load of energy, high calories food, better to have some restriction on consumption. Let me tell you about "Kima"

Kima (minced meat) can be cooked in various styles

* Minced Meat (Lean meat preffered) - Clean
* Fry Onion rings on low flame till light brown;
* Add Paste of Ginger+Garlic spoonful
* Add Minced Meat
* Cook with tomatoe (pcs or paste) - low flame
* Add turmeric powder a bit, chilli (optional or as per taste)
* Add spices, clove+cinnamon+black pepper (powder or pcs)
* Salt to taste.
* Cook the eniter mixture untill, dry or oil is visible.
* Garnish -- - corinder leaves, green junk etc........
* Enjoy with bread, khabus, chappati, rice et.........
