i need your advice. I was married to christian guy in civil court of Philippines and then convert 2 islam. i want to get married to a muslim guy but dont know what to do with my documents.Pls.help me ...thanks hajer

Sorry sister but I am a bit confused. Are you still married to a Christian and saying you wish to divorce him? Or is he converting to Islam and you desire to have a nikah with him?

sister,even for me I'm also confuse regarding my case.before i was a christian and married to a christian guy in civil court not in the church....but alhamdulillah I'm a muslim now..according to philippine law, no divorce...

Sister, I am still confused about your question. Are you asking how to divorce your husband?

First tell him that you want a divorce, then go to court and file for a divorce.
Did you say that you CANNOT get a divorce in the Philippines?
