Striving For Jannah
This is a Lebanese dish 
Ingredients:
4 lg Potatoes, boiled
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Milk
1 ts Salt
FILLING
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 lb ground beef
1 ts Salt
1 ts Allspice
TOPPING
2 tb Butter, cut in sm. pieces
Bread crumbs
Directions:
Mash potatoes with butter, salt, and milk. Prepare filling. Fry meat with
seasonings. Add onions. Fry well. Spread 1/2
of potato mixture in bottom of greased pan. Spread filling over. Cover with
remaining potatoes. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at
250 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
