:salam2: i wud like to ask the admins or da moderators of the site dat whats up wid da 15 posts theory & msging after every 120minutes...its quite confusing being a rookie in da site...no offense but i wud like to spend my leisure time here where i can learn & share rather den wasting time on other social networking sites..if deres a logical reason concerning regulations of the site den its fine wid me...DO KINDLY EXPLAIN

To stop spam. Spammers make new accounts and then send messages etc. A person who has already made some posts is more likely to be a normal person.
