Yes! I love Allah!
People say that Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him did not show any miracles, there are some mentioned BUT we are happy that we did NOT become Muslims because he showed us miracles!!! Some of the the miracles mentioned were after people already became Muslims!!
We believe that everyone already knows the existance of Allah (as per No such Atheism thread).
Prophet Noah, Lut, Moses, Muhammad peace be upon them etc did NOT perform miracles on the first day, then told people to believe in them, rather that they gave the message of Islam FIRST!!! With Prophet Jesus peace be upon him when he spoke when he was born, he was already with people who were believers in Allah. Of course Prophet Jesus peace be upon him's Mother was looked after by servants of Allah!
As Allah has stated in the Quran;-
- If miracles worked then why are they not all worshipping Allah now?? Do you think that Allah has to perform miracles when Allah has already spoken of the rain falling, the various fruits, is this not enough?? After all that Allah has already provided them with they dare to ask for more??
- If miracles did work then why did the people take the cow idol for worship whilst Prophet Moses peace be upon him was away?? After the parting of the sea and the various plagues of Egypt, they dare to take a cow idol to worship?? Allah himself has said they were in error that they had done this.
- have they forgotten of the story of the camel at the time of Prophet Salih peace be upon him? The people were wrongdoers and strung the camel and they were destroyed.
