Moving to Cluj-Napoca

Assalaamo alaikum,
I am a swedish muslim that Insha Allah will move to Cluj-Napoca to pursue medical studies this autumn at Iuliu Hatieganu. I need help with suggestions of what neighborhood I should consider when moving there as I would like to live close to the masjid yet being able to get to school fast. Also, which is the best way to look for an apartment and what is a reasonable price for a small apartment 1-2 rooms.

try to be away from places who are dominated by atheists, deviated muslim sects etc.
