I'm not what you believe
BISMILLAHI RRAHMANI RRAHIM
O Allah,
if I was unjust with somebody,
punish me with the highest of punishments.
For You're the "Muntaqim"
and if I've offended You,I pray for Your forgiveness.
Make of me the knight of the light.
O my Lord,
if while turning my sight
I've made a bad thought,
please empty my heart and fill it with Your love;
for You're the "Wadud"
and I'm Your slave.
I submit to Your Will,whatever it is.
Ya Rabbi,
make of me the best of Your slaves,
'cause You're the "Mu'izz"
and I feel protected in Your embrace.
When the night comes,
cleanse my eyes from what they've seen,
my ears from what they've heard
and my soul from its charge of bad deeds.
Ameen.
