Need Help regarding this question?

There are some people where I pray say that we should only stick with FAADIALS and leave questions and answers to Muftis and Sheikh only, (these people as far I know are from the Tableegi jamaat), how to approach this sitution any suggestions?

Say to them, 'No, we should stick to Quran and Sunnah.'

And questions relating to Islam should be answered by scholars because they have the knowledge, understanding and authority to do so- so longs they give proof for their answers in reference to Quran and Sunnah.
