Salam Alikom Brothers and sisters, please help me to get access to my profile because I want to modify it! I don't know why its aint leting me doing it

Wa alaykum salam wa rahmatullah

I'm not sure if you will be able to access your profile yet, or if you need a few more posts to gain access to that, but to check either way you can go to the top toolbar click the arrow on quick links and go to "Your Profile"

To Edit your profile to your User CP (also located in top toolbar) and then down to your profile options where you can edit/change information.
