I am not brother Mabsoot, and he might know further details, but Users with fewer posts have certain restrictions to some areas of the Forum.

The Member's List and User Profiles are some of these areas, although you should have access to most other places.

Just be patient Inshallah and continue posting, I don't think the Member's List is too important an aspect at this moment.
