You mean, like cologne? As far as I know, the regulations for carrying liquids and gels onboard are changing regularly, so it is best if he contacts his airline directly a day or so before the flight (and if he is traveling on more than 1 airline, make sure he checks for all the airlines, because they may have slightly different regulations).

lol, Jazakallahu Khayr for your reply. He's been gone now for about a week, they didnt make him take it out because it was small, travel size or whatever. I heard they are allowing liquids that are all travel size. Alhamdulillah, he got through without any trouble.
