Peace be upon you all.I have this question, from the materials that i have read, i have seen that in order to perform salah you have to perform ablution and also you have to be in a clean place, what you are forced to be in a dirty place like in a police custody whereby you can't get water and there is no carpet to step on? Please advice me about this.
