I have been trying to upload nasheeds for the last 2 months but in vain.I want to know that has my user account sufficient rights if so then how to upload.

Look at the 'Posting Rules' box at the left bottom of your browser when you are logged in. It is something like this:

Posting Rules
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts

If it says 'You may not post attachments', then you can't upload files.

most likely because of the number of posts you have... i think you would need to have a certain number of posts to be able to make attachment...
