Salaam to you all,
Abu Umamah, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the [Noble] Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said:--
"I guarantee a house in the surrounding of Paradise for a man who avoids quarrelling
even if he were in the right, a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids
lying even if he were joking, and a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who
made his character good". [Sunan Abu Dawud].
As whatever he says is true, let us work towards availing ourselves of this Guarantee of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, by avoiding quarrelling, lying and making our character good at all times.
