I don't think so, The church is going to be used mainly for the forigen workers coming to Qatar to work, they already have churches in UAE and Kuwait, and I think there was a article saying King Abdullah was going to open a church in Riyadh for the Foriegn workers there, But as for having a church there I don't really know but I do know that there was a Hadith which says Only 1 religion is allowed in Hejaaz, and that is Islam. But I don't know about having churches in other places.
