A non muslim asked me a quetion about the rasul ,peace and blessings , hadith on the sun and how it goes to allahs throne prostrates. He says is no scientific evidence for this

You should remind him that to many matters haven´t scientific evidence yet as the science develop all the time and scientists haven´t resolved all matters at this moment. Reason why here are matters what scientists can´t explain and understand today is because science ísn´t so advanced yet.
Be carefull with those non-muslims whose claim "here is not scientific evidence to this and that" - that is the most common argument they use against islam (or against any religion) and also they might not understand and know science very well by themselves.
What hadith you are meaning? Could you post it to here?

The setting of the sun is the prostration of the sun. That is a fact. The sun is mighty to mere humans. It too bows to the Lord of the Universe. The hadith helps us understand the blessing Allah swt has given us to keep track of time. The fantastic order of the universe as He devised its perfection. There is a place and time for everything, The sun is powerful. We depend on its heat and energy. Yet, this source of power sets.
The Prophet Ibrahim questioned this as well. Science comes from the Creator. He invented it.
