Question About Moderation On This Forum.

Assalamo alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu

Turn to islam is a wonderful site.Alhamdollilah.No doubt about it.

But i have a question on moderation.I mean do you moderators follow rules on closing a thread or not.??

In islamic discussion i see people calling each other kaafir and insulting each other.Elders are not respected.

Sometimes in a childish manner and sometimes very fiercely.All hell break lose if the word *shia* comes up.These kind of threads are never closed.

But if a person uses the word C**p,the thread gets closed.

This is not sensible moderation.

Sorry but just voicing my concern for this forum.

Thank you for your concern. But, I think a thread for that was not necessary. You could take that issue to moderators through PM, since they are the people addressed in this thread. I am sure they will be glad to answer you.

And you know the rule - moderators have the final say. I respect their moderation. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and perspective. Ultimate justice is only with Allah.
