Question about when infant dies

Just a question entered my mind a while ago.

If an infant dies, does his/her spirit's consciousness become that of an adult?

because when you're a baby, it seems you don't know much and you're not that aware. I wonder if when babies die do they become adult in spirit form.

everybody will awake in 35 years old in the eternity,no any difference between 1 day baby and 90 years old person this one i knew so
but another info that Babies will be created in best kid age for their Parents forever.Because some names used for Paradise Childreen Vildan for kids and Kilman for more younger childreen.That proves Paradise include babies and kids there.
