Can a woman pray wearing make-up?
Fatwa

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

If this make-up was put on before or after Wudu but does not prevent water from reaching the epidermis, then it does not affect the validity of the Tahara (purity) provided the components of the make-up are not made of something impure.
If the make-up was put on before performing Wudu and it prevents water from reaching the skin, then it has to be removed to make the Wudu valid.
If it is made up of something impure then it has to be removed and its place has to be cleaned with pure water before performing Wudu as the purity of the skin is a condition for the validity of the prayer.
