For iPod, there are two apps that I would personally recommend which are even free! alQuran & iQuran.
If you search for 'quran' in the app store, the search results will take you to many good islamic related apps, check them out! From the ones I regurarly use: iPray (displays times of salahs according to where you live) and one I just downloaded recently which I like very much: iAzkar.
