Oatmeal is full of carbohydrates and protein which will boost your energy for the day ahead. It's also full of fibre, calcium and potassium, which is great for the heart! This can also be made the night before, and served cold or warm for Sehri/Suhuur! Don't forget to add honey and dry fruits and nuts that you love and can also eat just plain with honey !
