any one can let me know how to make the tipical chiken or lamb curry dish

i used to have it in london masha'allah but here on my homeland there isnt any place were i can find it.

also garlic souse, and kebabs yummi yummi.

I am not that good at cooking yet but have just been on a great website there is a link on one of these pages sorry i dont know how to do it. Multani Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1/2 cup oil or ghee
1 tsp cummin powder
1 cup onions
2 tomatoes, blanched & chopped
peeched and chopped
2 tsp ginger / garlic paste
1 & 1/2 kg chicken cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup water + 1 cup water

2 - 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
Coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp curry powder

Description
Heat the oil. Add the onions and fry till they are golden.
Then add the ginger / garlic and 1/4 cup water and stir fry till the oil seperates.
Put in all the seasonings and tomatoes.
Stir and cook till the oil seperates.
Add the chicken and 1 cup of water.
Cover the pot and cook for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, till the chicken is tender and dry.
Stir in the tomato ketchup and lemon juice.
Put the chicken in a serving dish.In a small saucepan, melt 2 tsp of oil, stir in 1/4 tsp red chilly powder and pour over the chicken.
Garnish with chopped leaves.
