As salaamu alaikum to all

I wold just like to briefly introduce myself to the community. I took Shahada on Nov 18, 2001, hence my screen name. I am the mother of 2 adult married daughters and have 6 grandchildren. I have been a widow for almost two years, but now have met a wonderful Muslim man whom I hope to marry InshaAllah. I aspire to becoming an Islamic scholar, so am trying to seek knowledge wherever it may be found.
Ma salaams,
