Can Shariah be kept strictly in Non - Muslim Countries??

I think we can keep the sharia strict even in non Muslim countries only with the help of Allaah...simply (not falling short in our duties and obligations ...not imitated the kufar in any way (weather its clothing. Holiday, greeting, and etc) be very patient...thats all shaira is about.
Just to point out something that nowadays none of the Muslim countries really follow the shaira.. The only one country that follows it, is Saudi Arab, but there is a lot of things which go against it
