Some nourishment

Assalamu alaikim

A human is piece of flesh in witch there was breathed a rouh ( spirit, soul) from Allah subhanahu wa taaala ( the creator of all ) . Material things can nourish our body but rouh( soul ) need another kind of nourishment.

32:9 But He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him something of His spirit. And He gave you (the faculties of) hearing and sight and feeling (and understanding): little thanks do ye give.

When your soul is empty, dry, down ......then come to Islam to make your soul satisfied, peaceful, and high.

Sincere prayers is very effective in nourishing souls, when a human feel that he/she is calling , praising, asking , submitting to the most merciful loving Ellah ( rab Al aalamen :lord of the worlds ).
