assalamualaikum....i was praying jz this morning n the door bell rang n i had jz started my prayer so i didnt know wat to do....go open the door or continue praying but i thought it would take me at least 5 min to finish so i broke my prayer n opened the door....was that rite??.......

walakum salaam warahmatullah, from what i know, i dont believe it was correct, ive read some hadiths about the companions being in war and would pray with arrows in their body... i think you can possibly find an answer on www.islamweb.net or www.islamqa.com
