Steak with parsley cream sauce

    Ingredients

    I usually use 4 thin steaks and cut them into bite size pieces.
    1/2 stick of real butter for steak
    2 tablespoons of butter for onions
    1 onion blended or chopped if you like big onions
    1 Tablespoon of Parsley
    1 can of evaporated milk or 8 ounces of heavy cream.
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Directions

    Heat the skillet on medium heat. Put the butter in and wait til all melted. Throw in the bite size pieces of steak and wait til it is all the way cooked. Remove the steak, but leave the juice and particles in there for flavor.
    Add the onions with some more butter. Wait until the onions become soft.
    Add the cream and wait til it thickens. About 5-10 mins. Add the parsley, salt, pepper and the steak. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.

    With this dish you can cook pasta or make some macaroni and cheese. I prefer the mac and cheese with this dish.
