Stuffed fish cutlets

Ingredients

500 gms boneless fish
4 bread slice
1/2 cup milk
1 onion
4 tbsp butter
4 eggs (2 hard boiled)
1 tbsp green coriander
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and blackpepper to taste
oil as required



Method

Cut the edge of slices, soak them in milk and squeeze.
Chop bread slice, fish, butter, onion, salt and pepper in food processor.
Heat two table spoon of oil in a pan;
fry bread crumbs, green coriander, chopped boil eggs, salt & pepper for 3 min.
Now make cutlets of minced fish, put the fried mixture on this and wrap like balls.
Heat oil in a wok.
Coat cutlets with egg and bread crumbs and fry.
Serve hot with tea.

Fried Fish


Ingredients:

1 kg fish, sliced
4 tbsp gram flour
4 tbsp corn flour
1 egg, beaten
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwayen)
1 tsp white cumin seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper
oil for deep fry

Method:

Marinate fish with lemon
juice, one teaspoon crushed
red chilli, garam masala, salt,
egg, one pinch ajwayen and
half teaspoon cumin seeds for
maximum time.
In a separate bowl, combine
gram flour, corn flour, one tea-
spoon crushed red chilli, black
pepper, remaining cumin seeds
and ajwayen.
Coat marinated fish in flour
mixture and deep fry it.
Garnish with tamato. Server
hot with naan.
