I was looking at a recipe for a new soup, and in the beginning they use 2 pureed tomatoes in the ingredients. Then at the end of the recipe, it says to add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (the one that comes in a tube).
I don't have the tube paste, what can I use as an alternative? Can I just increase the amount of pureed tomatoes at the start or something else? Any ideas?
