The 7 Greatest Sins

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said:

'Avoid the great seven destructive sins.'

The people asked 'what are they?'

Our Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said:

'They are:

-To join others in worship with Allah
-To practice sorcery (magic and witchcraft)
-To kill a person which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law)
-To eat up ribaa
-To eat up an orphans wealth
-To show ones back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting
-To accuse chaste women, who never ever think of anything touching their chastity and are true believers'

Sadly, it is so hard to avoid ribaa in the West...it's all about credit cards and bank interest

technically speaking using currencies based on debt is equivalent to consuming riba! i think we are all guiltily of riba at some level or another.
