This du'a is taken from this nice verse .
{وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَاماً }الفرقان74
(rabanna heb lena min azwajena wa thoryatena qorat a'yon wej'alna lelmutaqeen imama )
(And those who say: "Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders of those who have Taqwa.'') (25 -74 )
