Allah is sufficient.
It is so ignoble to be envious of others. The most noble are those who are not envious of what Allah has given to others. They have deep understanding that excellence is not by man's doing, but by the Mercy of Allah, and that He gives to whomsoever He Wills. They would appreciate and admire rather than envy. Envy is belittling. Malignant envy, translated into action, seek to destroy the happiness or the material or spiritual good enjoyed by other people.
If your health is not too good, do not be enviuosof those with good health. If you do not have children, do not be envious of those who have, rather, be nice and wonderful to kids around you, and Allah will look upon you with kindness. If your financial status is in dire strait, do not be envious of those who have, Allah's Mercy comes with lightening speed when predestined time arrives - like within a twinkle of an eye.
Some people say, I' envy his good work, I wish I could do same. Dont misunderstand me, it is positive envy.'' There is nothing like positive envy. Have you ever seen good satan before? No! Rather than envy someone's good deeds, admire his good deeds and emulate it. Let it propel you also to do good deeds.
